I have always been committed to the goal of building my business in a way where it didn’t rely on me.
It seems that many top producing real estate agents and team leaders are slaves to their businesses. They have no freedom. I didn't want that to be me. I watched that through the lens of my partners before me and I found true time and money freedom.
