It seems that most top producing real estate agents and team leaders are slaves to their businesses. They have no freedom. I didn't want that to be me. I watched that through the lens of my partners before me and found true time and money freedom.

Now It's my goal to teach each person in my organization how to do the same. The journey wasn't laid out for me, I have had to work hard and stay focused, but now I get to help others get there with less pain & struggle and that's worth more than a billion!

Most traditional real estate coaching programs teach you how to sell more homes no matter what the consequences are in your personal life. And you end up working more hours to serve the increased demands of your business.

It’s a formula that doesn’t work if you want to have a life outside of real estate.
